EXCLUSIVE: Chelsea weighing up Julian Alvarez move
Chelsea are monitoring Julian Alvarez’s situation ahead of the summer transfer window, FootballTransfers understands.
Alvarez registered 11 goals and eight assists in the Premier League this season as City won their fourth consecutive title.
He played in 36 of the 38 games, indicating that he is held in high regard by manager Pep Guardiola.

However, with the likes of Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne in the side, Alvarez will never be one of the stars of the show at the Etihad Stadium.
And, Alvarez wouldn't be the first player to move from City to Chelsea and drastically raise their profile.
Chelsea want Cole Palmer 2.0
Cole Palmer found himself in a similar situation to Alvarez last summer, albeit he was further down the pecking order.
The 22-year-old made the switch to Stamford Bridge and it has turned out to be an amazing decision.
He scored 22 Premier League goals for the Blues, only bettered by Haaland, and now finds himself in England's squad for Euro 2024.

It comes as no surprise that Chelsea are now considering a move for another of City's players.
If Alvarez were to have half of the impact of Palmer, it would go down as an excellent piece of business, even if he were to cost upwards of £50 million.
