PSG ready to pounce as Ten Hag relationship with Man Utd star Rashford now 'strained'
Paris Saint-Germain are considering a move for Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford this summer, reports have suggested.
TalkSport has reported that the striker is once again being monitored by the Ligue 1 champions, who ‘might intensify their interest’ if the Red Devils provide indications that they are willing to sell during the summer.
PSG have a long-standing interest in the former England international, and while Man Utd are not actively looking to move him on, they might be open to it if a substantial offer was forthcoming.
Rashford endured a poor season last term, managing just eight goals in all competitions - but in Erik ten Hag’s inaugural campaign at Old Trafford, the forward scored a career-best 30 goals.

Ten Hag and Rashford's relationship 'strained'
Meanwhile, HITC reports that Ten Hag and Rashford - whose FootballTransfers’ Estimated Transfer Value algorithm (ETV) ranks at €67.4 million -have a strained relationship and there is a ‘ belief that a parting of the ways could be the right thing for all parties.’
In fact, it’s thought that part of the reason Ineos kept Ten Hag in the dugout was his reaction to Rashford’s night out in Belfast and the fallout from that.

Indeed, it was a poor showing in the subsequent season from Rashford and it ultimately led to Gareth Southgate deciding to leave him out of England’s Euro 2024 squad, with Anthony Gordon and Cole Palmer all making the grade ahead of him for the competition.
PSG have just seen Kylian Mbappe leave on a free transfer to Real Madrid and are now preparing for a crucial summer window in which they will be looking to overhaul the frontline.
Rashford has netted 131 goals in 402 appearances for Man Utd, as well as winning a Europa League title, two FA Cups, and two League Cups.
