Romano reveals Arsenal face Premier League bidding war
Arsenal are braced for a bid from Crystal Palace for Emile Smith Rowe, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Hale End product appears to be on his way out this summer after failing to establish himself in Mikel Arteta's side following his injury struggles. A regular two seasons ago, Smith Rowe has spent most of the previous two campaigns mostly on the bench or the sidelines.
The 23-year-old is naturally keen on first-team minutes and despite his love for Arsenal, he recognises that the chances of regular game time are slim at the Emirates. Smith Rowe is a 'hugely popular' figure at the club, but Arteta and company won't stand in his way if a suitable offer comes in.

Arsenal are willing to sanction his sale, but only at the right price. Earlier this week, the Gunners knocked back an opening bid from Fulham for the attacking midfielder, but that was seemingly only the first salvo of what could turn into a bidding war.
Fulham to return, Palace to try
The Evening Standard has confirmed what Fabrizio Romano already revealed a few days ago: Fulham are considering making a second offer for Smith Rowe as he is one of their top summer targets.
However, the Cottagers aren't the only club keen on the Gunners academy product. According to Romano, Crystal Palace are now also set to launch a first bid for Smith Rowe.

Eagles coach Oliver Glasner is keen on the attacking midfielder and is pushing for Crystal Palace to become the latest club to try their luck. It is not clear at what price Arsenal would consider selling and the details of Fulham's initial bid or the one Palace are set to make have not been disclosed.
In addition to Smith Rowe, Glasner's side are also interested in Ryan Sessegnon. However, they have yet to make a final decision on signing the former Tottenham prospect following the expiration of his Spurs contract.
