Arsenal in talks with new club over star who will move - Romano
Leicester City have opened talks with Arsenal over Reiss Nelson, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Gunners squad player is expected to depart the Emirates this summer after having failed to live up to his previous potential. Nelson has failed to break into the Arsenal senior team consistently and has primarily been a depth option for Mikel Arteta.
At 24, the winger needs regular game time and it is evident that he won't be getting it at Arsenal. As a result, clubs have taken an interest in Nelson, while his current employers are not expected to stand in his way given that they are keen to raise some 'pure profit' from selling academy graduates.

Previously, West Ham had been credited with a serious interest in Nelson, with Fabrizio Romano confirming the Hammers' attraction to the wide player. Now, the Italian transfer expert has revealed that another Premier League side has barged into the race.
Leicester want Nelson
According to Romano, Leicester City have opened talks with Arsenal over Nelson as they get ready for their return to the English top flight after a season in the second tier.
The Championship winners are interested in an initial loan with an obligation to buy the 24-year-old in the future, Romano reports. However, so far, there is no agreement between the two clubs regarding the finances of the deal.

Despite this, the Foxes are confident that they will be able to convince Nelson to head to the King Power Stadium this summer, with boss Steve Cooper potentially a deciding factor.
It was Cooper who, in 2015, handed Nelson his debut for the England U17s and all of his 11 games in that age group came under the Leicester head coach, who is known to be a popular figure with his former protégés.
