Chelsea reveal astounding TEN-YEAR Palmer ambition
Cole Palmer is set for a huge pay rise at Chelsea following his tremendous year.
Palmer's weekly wage is approximately £80,000, significantly lower than the club's top earners, but The Telegraph reports that Chelsea plans to reward him with an increase.
The club also wish to keep Palmer at the club for the next decade, when he will be 32 years old.

Last season for the Blues, Palmer shone, scoring 25 goals. Even during the Euros for England, his impressive form continued - he scored in the final and provided an assist in the semi-final.
The 22-year-old signed a seven-year contract with an option for an additional 12 months when he joined from Manchester City last summer, but this is nothing compared to Raheem Sterling's earnings at Chelsea.
It's thought that the club is aware of Palmer's value and in a bid to fend off interest, they wish to adjust his salary so he remains.
Chelsea want star to stay for over a decade
A source told The Telegraph Sport: "“Chelsea expect Cole to be at the club for the next 10 years. So of course they will look after him and make sure his wages reflect his performances.
“There is no need to do that publicly or with grand announcements. The club will work with Cole and his representatives, rather than doing their business in public.”

Chelsea remain confident that Palmer's form will continue to flourish under new head coach Enzo Maresca, who joined from Leicester City over the summer.
But team-mate Conor Gallagher has an uncertain future at Chelsea amid interest from Atletico Madrid. The club and player have engaged in talks over recent days, but they have yet to make a formal bid. Atletico have to meet Chelsea’s £50 million valuation for Gallagher.
Meanwhile, Tottenham remain interested, too. Aston Villa shifted their focus to Amadou Onana and have sealed a move for the former Everton man.
