Chelsea wonderkid to complete MONUMENTAL Premier League transfer - Romano
Chelsea youngster Rio Ngumoha is set to join Liverpool, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The 15-year-old has been heavily linked with a Chelsea exit in recent weeks and he is now set to leave the club amid significant interest in his services.
Ngumoha is rated extremely highly by Liverpool and the Reds are set to break their historical wage structure in order to land the attacking midfielder.

The teenager has frequently been compared to former Chelsea academy starlet Jamal Musiala and he looks set to follow in the German’s footsteps by leaving Stamford Bridge at an early age.
Ngumoha has been linked with a Chelsea exit for several weeks amid the Blues’ struggle to tie him down to a new deal.
He is now on the verge of joining Liverpool, with the deal expected to be completed soon, as per Romano.

Academy graduates Ian Maatsen, Lewis Hall and Charlie Webster have already left the club on permanent deals this summer, while Conor Gallagher, Armando Broja and Trevoh Chalobah could follow them before the window shuts.

In October 2023, Ngumoha won the Premier League U16 Nationals ‘Player of the Tournament’ award, scoring in the final as Chelsea emerged victorious.
Furthermore, he made his Chelsea U21 debut in January 2024 - becoming the third youngest player to achieve this feat in the 21st century.
Ngumoha is a regular starter in the England youth set-up and he won the Man of the Match award during the Three Lions’ U16 victory over Sweden in February 2024 after scoring once and providing two assists.
