Man City Transfer News Today: Eze WANTED, Donnarumma EYED, Rodri CONCERN
FootballTransfers runs through the latest Manchester City football transfer news updates, including the latest on Eberechi Eze, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Rodri.
Eberechi Eze eyed
Manchester City are reportedly considering a summer move for Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze amid concerns over Kevin de Bruyne’s future at the club.
Eze, 26, has been heavily linked with a Selhurst Park departure over the past few months, and FootballTransfers understands that Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are all interested in the England international.

The Mirror have now reported that Man City are considering pursuing a move for Eze if De Bruyne leaves this summer.
The former QPR star scored 11 goals and provided four assists in 27 Premier League appearances last season and his form has attracted interest from the reigning champions.
However, Palace will reportedly only let Eze leave if his initial €71.2 million release clause is triggered. Oliver Glasner’s side have already sold Michael Olise to Bayern Munich this summer, while Marc Guehi is wanted by multiple top Premier League clubs.

Ederson wants Saudi Pro League move
Manchester City face the prospect of losing Brazil international goalkeeper Ederson to the Saudi Pro League, although Fabrizio Romano says a deal will be difficult.
“Al-Ittihad are looking for a goalkeeper. They contacted Manchester City for Ederson in the last 24-48 hours. But it’s a complicated deal,” he warned.
“Man City want around €50-60m for Ederson. At the moment, they’re showing their interest but there’s still no green light. For Ederson, the player’s keen on the move so it’s down to the club.
“Al-Ittihad will not go for Kepa because they understand he wants to wait for Real Madrid. The feeling among those close to the goalkeeper is that Real Madrid will let Andriy Lunin leave this summer.
“Lunin’s still not extended his contract, it’s on the table but he’s not signed. Real Madrid are prepared to let him leave if they receive a good proposal. In that case, they need a new backup goalkeeper and, in that case, the backup goalkeeper could be Kepa.”
Gianluigi Donnarumma pursued
If Ederson does leave, then Gianluigi Donnarumma could become a target, according to talkSPORT and Ben Jacobs.
The Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper is reportedly open to a Premier League, while he has two years left on his current deal at the Parc des Princes.
The Italian is, however, happy at PSG and has held talks regarding a possible contract extension.
Real Madrid want Rodri
Real Madrid are interested in signing Man City midfielder Rodri as they look for a Toni Kroos replacement.
The Spain international has three years left on his current deal, but Florentino Perez is “in love” with Rodri and is hoping to purchase the Man City star, as per El Nacional (via the Manchester Evening News).
Dani Carvajal recently admitted that he has told Rodri to leave Man City for Real Madrid on numerous occasions as he looks to secure a major coup for Los Blancos.
Everton submit Kalvin Phillips enquiry
Everton have enquired about Kalvin Phillips as they look to sign a replacement for Amadou Onana, according to TEAMtalk.
The Man City man spent the second half of last season on loan at West Ham United and is expected to leave the club on a permanent deal this summer.
Phillips has also been linked with Fulham, although a move to Goodison Park appears more likely as things stand.
