Chido Obi-Martin hope
Man Utd target Chido Obi-Martin has confirmed his departure from Arsenal as he continues to be linked with a move to Old Trafford.
The 16-year-old is one of the most highly-rated youngsters in European football and Man Utd are believed to be leading the race for his signature.
The Red Devils’ hopes of landing Obi-Martin have been boosted after he posted on social media: “I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Arsenal for the past four years. The experiences and growth I've achieved here have been truly unbelievable.
“A special thanks to the coaches, staff, and teammates at Hale End. The memories made will always be remembered. Thank you once again for this journey. I wish everyone continued success and all the best for the future.”
Aaron Wan-Bissaka talks
Man Utd have scheduled a fresh round of talks with West Ham United as they continue to negotiate Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s potential move to the London Stadium.
The Hammers are interested in signing Wan-Bissaka, but their valuation of the 26-year-old is reportedly lower than Man Utd’s.
As a result, the deal has not yet been finalised, although the Red Devils are eager to reach an agreement in order to unlock a move for Bayern Munich’s Noussair Mazraoui.
The Morocco international has agreed personal terms with Man Utd, but a deal is unlikely to be wrapped up until Wan-Bissaka’s departure is confirmed.
However, a new round of talks have been scheduled with West Ham, as per CaughtOffside, as Man Utd attempt to finalise a deal.
Agent Joshua Zirkzee
Joshua Zirkzee has informed Man Utd supporters that he has asked Jamal Musiala to join the Red Devils.
When asked by a young Man Utd fan if he could persuade the Germany international to join the club, the Dutchman replied on video: “I’ve tired, I’ve tried.”
Zirkzee played alongside Musiala at Bayern Munich and is gearing up for his first season at Old Trafford following his summer move from Serie A side Bologna.
