TWO more clubs join race for Arsenal outcast Ramsdale

The race to sign Arsenal wantaway Aaron Ramsdale is heating up, according to a report.
The Gunners outcast is looking for a way out after losing his place to David Raya last season. Ramsdale is keen to be a No.1 again and Arsenal won't stand in his way - at the right price - and have already agreed terms with replacement Joan Garcia.
Ajax have been linked with the England international for a couple of weeks now, but talk of a move has died down in recent days in light of the Dutch giants' interest in more affordable alternatives.

Ramsdale would have been keen on the move, but the chances of it materialising are looking increasingly slim. Instead, the 26-year-old could have the option to remain in the Premier League.
Wolves, Bournemouth keen
David Ornstein reported late on Monday that Wolves have made an offer for Ramsdale, with a view to initially loaning him. The deal proposed by Gary O'Neil's side would include a purchase option, but Arsenal would prefer a permanent transfer.
Moreover, Wolves know that a move will be difficult to pull off due to the finances involved. Nevertheless, negotiations between the two clubs remain ongoing, while Ornstein mentions that Southampton were also previously keen.

Now, the Evening Standard claims that Bournemouth also hold an interest in Ramsdale. He previously suited up for the Cherries. However, as things stand, they are also not currently looking for a permanent move.
Additionally, of course, Bournemouth are involved in the deal that would see Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili head to Liverpool in the future. The Reds are in talks to sign the Georgian, but, with Alisson still at the club, would look to park him elsewhere for a season or two.
Premier League rules prohibit signing a player and loaning him straight to a club in the division, so Mamardashvili would initially join Bournemouth before formally moving to Liverpool when Alisson leaves.
