Arsenal striker Nketiah set for Palace medical with fee agreed - Ornstein
Arsenal have given permission for Eddie Nketiah to travel for a Crystal Palace medical, reports David Ornstein.
The Eagles are finalising an agreement with Arsenal and the 25-year-old striker after they bid £25million plus £5m in potential add-ons.
The forward would become Palace’s fourth summer signing after Chadi Riad, Ismaila Sarr and Daichi Kamada.

Ornstein tweeted: "Eddie Nketiah granted permission by Arsenal to undergo medical ahead of completing proposed move to Crystal Palace. Palace working to finalise agreements with Arsenal or deal worth £30m & 25yo striker on personal terms - no problems expected."
Nketiah has spent the entirety of his professional career at Arsenal, with the exception of a brief loan spell at Leeds United during the second half of the 2019-20 season. The striker has netted 38 goals across 168 appearances for the club.
As well as Emile Smith Rowe, another product of Arsenal's Hale End academy who left to Fulham, Nketiah's departure will mark another exit of homegrown talent from the club.

On the international stage, Nketiah holds the record for the most goals scored by an England Under-21 player, surpassing the previous record held by Alan Shearer.
Nketiah's collapsed deals
Nketiah’s proposed move to Nottingham Forest collapsed earlier this month.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side unable to reach an agreement with the Arsenal forward after the two clubs had agreed a deal worth up to €35 million, but the move has now broken down and Nketiah will not be moving to the City Ground.
The Athletic’s Ornsteinreported that Nketiah is still expected to leave Arsenal before the end of Deadline Day on 30 August.
Nketiah was also linked with a move to Ligue 1 outfit Marseille but that move fell through too.
