Arsenal are looking to offload Poland international Jakub Kiwior this summer, according to reports.

The 24-year-old has been linked with an exit in recent weeks and Rudy Galetti has now confirmed that Arsenal are eager for Kiwior to leave the club, either on loan or on a permanent deal.

As per Galetti, the Gunners are hoping to sell Kiwior, although they are willing to loan him out for the campaign due to a lack of concrete interest in his services.

Juventus are interested in signing Kiwior on loan, following their failed attempts to sign Jean-Clair Todibo, and the Old Lady have contacted Arsenal regarding a possible move. Crystal Palace have also registered their interest in the Polish defender, according to Galetti.

News of Kiwior’s potential exit comes after Fabrizio Romano admitted (as per Caught Offside): “There’s a serious possibility for Kiwior to leave but my sources guarantee to me that as of today, there are no concrete talks with any particular club.

“It’s not the case of one specific club already being in negotiations for Kiwior at this moment in time. My understanding, though, is that Kiwior would love to return to Italy.”

Arsenal’s summer transfer plans

So far this summer, Arsenal have been fairly quiet in the transfer market, although they have added Riccardo Calafiori from Bologna, while David Raya’s loan move has been made permanent.

They remain interested in signing a new forward, but the Gunners now appear unlikely to sign Victor Osimhen or Viktor Gyokeres before the window ends.

Arsenal are close to finalising a deal for Real Sociedad midfielder Mikel Merino, however. The Spain international has agreed personal terms with the north London club, and the two clubs are currently in advanced negotiations.

Kiwior has four years left on his current Arsenal contract, while his Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) stands at €19.8 million.
