Just like Chelsea! BlueCo's Strasbourg sign THREE more wonderkids
BlueCo-owned Strasbourg have signed three more wonderkids as their project begins to increasingly look like Chelsea's.
Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali's transfer extravaganza has not only infected Chelsea. The Blues' Ligue 1 affiliate Strasbourg have also been very busy indeed on the market this summer.
After a disappointing campaign last season, BlueCo are determined to make sure that their French side can be more competitive this term. However, they are not willing to deviate from their transfer strategy even though a lack of experience and depth cost Strasbourg dearly in 2023/24.

So far, the Alsatians have only signed players aged 21 or under. Andrey Santos and Caleb Wiley have arrived on loan from Chelsea, while teenagers Pape Diong and Oscar Perea have arrived from outside of Europe. Additionally, Guela Doue, brother of PSG-bound Desire Doue, has also joined.
Now, Strasbourg are welcoming three more young recruits to their side.

The signing of Felix Lemarechal from AS Monaco has already been officially confirmed by the club, with the 21-year-old joining for €6 million. However, he is not the only prospect to arrive.
Strasbourg are also in the process of finalising the signings of Rayane Messi and Diego Moreira. The latter joins on a permanent €2m deal from Chelsea to avoid using up one of the Blues' international loan spots.

17-year-old Messi (not related to Lionel Messi) is set to arrive from Dijon in a transfer worth a little over €1m. While perhaps exciting to some, these transfers will mean that Strasbourg's team only becomes even younger.
Supporters have demanded the acquisition of experience to ensure competitiveness this season, but BlueCo look intent on turning the proud Alsatian club into a testing ground for potential Chelsea prospects and financial assets.
