Chelsea Transfer News Today: Sancho SURPRISE, Osimhen PUSH, Gallagher deal ON
All the latest Chelsea transfer news, including updates on surprise Jadon Sancho interest, the Victor Osimhen state of play and Conor Gallagher's exit.
Christopher Michel, formerly of German outlet Sport1, has dropped a bombshell claim regarding Chelsea and Jadon Sancho. The journalist asserts that the Blues are 'suddenly' in the race to sign the Man Utd winger.
His sensational report states that Sancho's potential move to PSG is fully off now that they have the signing of Desire Doue wrapped up and that the 24-year-old could instead head to Stamford Bridge.
It is asserted that Chelsea are willing to offer a fee and potentially two academy players for the winger, while they could also look to initially take Sancho on loan with an obligation to purchase him in the summer.

Victor Osimhen latest
According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea held a new round of talks with Napoli regarding the futures of Romelu Lukaku and Victor Osimhen. Blues striker Lukaku now appears almost certain to be heading to Naples.
Romano states that talks over the Belgian striker are 'advanced.' However, he is much more cautious regarding Osimhen. Although he guarantees that Chelsea reiterated their interest in the Nigerian during the latest round of negotiations, he insists that no significant headway was made.
Both sides are still refusing to budge from their positions, with Osimhen unwilling to lower his salary and Chelsea unwilling to sign him at his current price.
Conor Gallagher deal still on
Romano has also emphasised that talks between Chelsea and Atletico Madrid for Conor Gallagher and Joao Felix remain ongoing to try and find a solution.
According to Romano negotiations remain deadlocked with Atletico demanding more than the €40 million Chelsea were previously prepared to pay for Samu Omorodion.
However, Atletico insider Ruben Uria asserts that an agreement for Felix is now close after Chelsea made an improved bid amounting to just over €50m, a much more agreeable fee than previously.
Gallagher, meanwhile, is back in London and training with Chelsea's other outcasts away from the first team. Atletico are still determined to sign the England international. Matteo Moretto claims that the LaLiga giants won't pursue any alternative targets as long as the deal has not fully collapsed.
AS, meanwhile, asserts that Atletico are really pushing for a quick resolution and that they want the Gallagher and Felix deals wrapped up by next Wednesday.

Duo departs
While the exits of Gallagher and Lukaku remain a work in progress, Chelsea have sealed the outgoings of two young stars. Diego Moreira has joined sister club Strasbourg on a long-term deal for a fee in the region of €2 million.
Lesley Ugochukwu, meanwhile, is set to join Southampton on loan for a season. Crucially, the Saints will not have a purchase option or obligation, so the Frenchman will return to Stamford Bridge next summer.
Chelsea are also in talks with their BlueCo affiliate Strasbourg over a loan deal for Djordje Petrovic, who has gone from being the Blues' No.1 to No.3 in the space of just a few weeks following the appointment of Enzo Maresca.
