Desire Doue makes MAJOR transfer decision following Chelsea & Man Utd links
Stade Rennais youngster Desire Doue has decided to join Paris Saint-Germain after weeks of speculation regarding his future.
Doue, 19, has been heavily linked with a number of top European clubs this summer, including Chelsea, Manchester United and Bayern Munich.
The latter were keen to sign him following Xavi Simons’ loan move back to RB Leipzig and Dani Olmo’s permanent move to Barcelona - their two top targets.

However, PSG are set to beat Bayern to his signature.
A deal is yet to be finalised with the Parisians, but Doue will join Luis Enrique’s side this summer, according to RMC Sport’s Fabrice Hawkins.
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed the news, with the transfer expert posting on X: “Désiré Doué will become new Paris Saint-Germain player, no doubts after decision made yesterday night.

“Bayern are already out of the race as they never got any agreement or final green light. PSG will get formal steps done.”
Doue scored four goals and provided five assists in 31 Ligue 1 appearances last season
It remains to be seen how much PSG will eventually pay for Doue, although it has previously been reported that Rennes have set their asking price at €60 million.
The France U21 international currently has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €22.6m, which has steadily increased since late 2023.
PSG’s summer transfer activity
Following the free transfer departure of club legend Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid, PSG have spent big in order to bolster their first-team squad.
Benfica midfielder Joao Neves, Eintracht Frankfurt defender Willian Pacho and Krasnodar goalkeeper Matvey Safonov have arrived for a combined €119.92m, while they are in direct talks to sign Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho, as revealed by The Transfers Podcast.
Doue will likely provide competition for Bradley Barcola and Ousmane Dembele when he joins PSG.
