Juventus have struck a deal with Manchester United for the transfer of Jadon Sancho, according to a report.

The 24-year-old's Man Utd nightmare appears to be over at last. Sancho was banished from the Red Devils first-team last September and shipped out on loan to Borussia Dortmund in January.

Upon his return earlier this summer, there appeared to have been a rapprochement between the winger and manager Erik ten Hag, but it has become clear in recent weeks that still not all is well at Old Trafford.

Sancho was omitted from both of Man Utd's first two Premier League fixtures of the new season and transfer speculation surrounding his future has been rampant, with the club still open to offloading their €85 million signing.

Now, it seems that his exit is only a matter of time.

Juve strike Sancho deal

While much of the talk surrounding Sancho has involved Chelsea, who are trying to offload Raheem Sterling in a potential swap deal, Fabrice Hawkins now reports that a deal has been struck between Man Utd and long-term admirers Juventus.

The Bianconeri had already been keen on Sancho in the winter and now appear to have landed their man at last. Thiago Motta is seeking to change Juve's style and needs wingers for that. So, despite the signings of Francisco Conceicao and Nico Gonzalez, another forward is supposed to come in.

Hawkins reports that an agreement has been struck that will see Sancho initially head on loan to Turin but with the deal including a purchase obligation, meaning that the former England attacker will not return to Manchester next summer.

The player is said to be keen on the move. Liverpool's impending signing of Juventus outcast Federico Chiesa will have surely played a big part in the club making such rapid progress on the Sancho front.
