Anthony Gordon gives huge transfer clue with Man City reaction
Anthony Gordon has made no mistake with his plans for the future, dropping a huge indication in Newcastle's game against Man City.
During the Premier League encounter at St James' Park which ended in a 1-1 draw, the winger netted the equaliser against Pep Guardiola's men, having won the penalty.
The winger's future has been up in the air for several months. Over the summer, he was linked with a move to Liverpool as Newcastle tried to contend with their PSR issues.

No deal took place in the end, though there were reports he had his 'head turned' by his boyhood club in Merseyside.
But Gordon - who is reportedly close to agreeing a fresh contract, made no mistake over his loyalty to the Magpies, kissing the badge upon scoring the spot-kick.

Gordon's new contract
Ahead of the game, Gordon spoke to TNT Sport about his contract situation.
He said: “It means a lot. I’ve got a great relationship with the fans here because I think my style and the way I play resonates with them as people.
"It’s a very working-class city so they like people who come here and work hard and I pride myself on doing that. [The new contract]. It’s close. I’m really excited. We’ll focus on that when it comes but I’m really excited.”
Gordon is understood to be close to signing a contract that runs until June 2029, with several outlets relaying the same information during the week.
Eddie Howe said during a press conference: “We love Anthony. We'd love him to commit his future here. We'd love him to stay long-term at Newcastle and continue his excellent start to his career here.
