EA Sports FC 25 wonderkids: Top 25 young players on the game

Lamine Yamal and Jude Bellingham have the joint-highest rated potential of any wonderkid on EA Sports FC 25.

Yamal has a base rating of 81 while Bellingham’s overall rating is 90, but they both have a potential rating of 94 in Career Mode.

Each year, players are given a ‘potential’ rating in Career Mode to go alongside their regular rating in Kick Off and Ultimate Team. This makes Career Mode a unique experience as EA FC 25 players are able to see young stars increase in rating every season.

Yamal broke onto the scene at Barcelona last season and he made history at Euro 2024, becoming the youngest player to feature and score in the European Championship.

Bellingham, on the other hand, enjoyed a fantastic debut campaign at Real Madrid, helping the club win La Liga and the Champions League. Both players have been rewarded with a 94 potential rating on EA FC 25.

Bayern Munich superstar Jamal Musiala topped this list last year, but he has fallen to third this time around. His potential rating of 93 has remained the same, however.

In fourth place is his Germany team-mate Florian Wirtz (92 potential), while Brazilian wonderkid Endrick is fifth with 91 potential following his big-money summer move to Real Madrid.

Warren Zaire-Emery (PSG), Arda Guler (Real Madrid), Gavi (Barcelona), Pedri (Barcelona) and Eduardo Camavinga (Real Madrid) all have a potential rating of 90 on EA Sports FC 25 Career Mode.

Alejandro Balde, Nico Williams and Xavi Simons are the three players aged 21 or under with 89 potential this year, while 12 players have a potential rating of 88.

Barcelona wonderkid Pau Cubarsi, Manchester City summer signing Savinho and RB Leipzig goal machine Benjamin Sesko are among the stars to have been awarded an 88 potential rating.
