'Man Utd set to sack Erik ten Hag'
Manchester United have reportedly drawn-up a shortlist of possible replacements for Erik ten Hag, with the Dutchman expected to be sacked shortly.
The 54-year-old was due to depart Old Trafford this summer, but he guided the club to FA Cup glory in May and earned himself a contract extension in the process.
However, Ten Hag remains under huge pressure following an underwhelming start to the 2024-25 campaign, and Man Utd are now preparing for life after the Dutchman.

That is according to TEAMtalk, who report that “it is a matter of time” before Ten Hag is sacked by the Red Devils hierarchy.
Man Utd are aiming to win the Premier League title by 2028 and the club reportedly no longer believe that Ten Hag is the right man to lead them to glory in the English top flight.
The Old Trafford outfit are currently 11th in the Premier League table, having picked up just seven points from their opening five matches so far this season.

In addition, they were held to a disappointing 1-1 draw by FC Twente in their opening Europa League game of the campaign on Wednesday night.
As a result, Ten Hag is “unlikely” to still be in charge by the end of the 2024-25 season, as per TEAMtalk.
Who will replace Erik ten Hag as Man Utd manager?
The Man Utd legend turned down the chance to take over this summer, but we have been informed that he is likely to be in charge of the Red Devils by 2026.
Furthermore, TEAMtalk have reported that Man Utd are also considering Gareth Southgate, Thomas Tuchel, Eddie Howe and Simone Inzaghi as possible replacements for Ten Hag.
