Man Utd and Chelsea 'keen' on Bayer Leverkusen star who wants to leave
Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah has been linked with a move to the Premier League following his failed transfer to Bayern Munich.
The 28-year-old, who will be a free agent in 2025, is so far adamant that he will not sign fresh terms at the BayArena.
“I’m not going to sign a new contract with Bayer Leverkusen,” he told Suddeutsche Zeitung. “My decision is made.

“I’ll give everything for the club until the end of my contract and then we’ll see about my future club. But my decision is to go and try a different experience.”
According to Spanish outlet Sport, Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea are keen on signing the 28-year-old.
During the summer window, it's thought that he would move to Bayern Munich, with the supposedly deal hinging on Matthijs de Ligt's transfer to Man Utd. But while De Ligt joined up at Old Trafford, Tah remained with Bayer.
Barcelona also interest in free Tah switch
Barcelona are another side keeping tabs on Tah, with manager Hansi Flick being a fan of his qualities, having formerly coached him for the German national side.
Football Espana relay that the Blaugrana have a close relationship with the defender's agent, Pini Zahavi. The reports states that this "could aid them in any negotiations, but the reality is that it will likely be difficult for the Blaugrana to get close to Bayern’s financial offer.
The outlet states that the issue lies in La Liga's salary cap: "The Catalan side remain over their salary limit, and incapable of using all the money they bring in on transfers."
