Paul Pogba is set to be a free agent when he returns to football next year - but what is the Frenchman worth now?

The Frenchman has seen his four-year drug ban has been reduced to 18 months. He is now set to return to competitive action in 2025.

In 2023, a year after his move back to Juventus, Pogba tested positive for dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) - a banned substance that can raise testosterone levels. The 31-year-old demanded counter-analysis but after a second test also came back positive.

He initially was slapped with a four-year ban, but this has been reduced to just 18 months by CAS, as first revealed by The Daily Mail’s Sami Mokbel.

He can return to training with Juventus in January and return to competitive games in March.

How much is Paul Pogba worth?

Pogba's biggest Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) is €63.6 million. He was worth this much during his first tenure at Juventus.

His ETV had dropped slightly when he left for United in what was then a world-record €105m, where it was around the €55m mark.

While he was at Old Trafford, Pogba's value started to drop as the seasons went on. It was still at around €30m when he left the club back to Turin.

Pogba has only made 12 appearances and 213 minutes of action in his second spell with the Old Lady. This was partly because of the ban - but also partly because of how injuries plagued him there.

Pogba’s current deal at Juventus runs until 2026 and at 31 years old. And across two seasons - and amid the ban - he now has an ETV Range

€5.6m – €9.3m.
