Barcelona get ‘unrefusable offer’ from Liverpool
Liverpool are set to make Barcelona an offer they can’t refuse for Jules Kounde.
Kounde has been an indispensable figure for Barcelona, but with their financial situation still fragile, TodoFichajes states that Liverpool are ready to offer the Camp Nou side a tempting offer for the France international.
The Reds, meanwhile, are away of the situation that Barca find themselves and will not “push things too far” for the right-back.

Kounde is being lined up as a possible replacement for Trent Alexander-Arnold, who is out of contract at the end of the season and is strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid.
Reports in Spain believe that Liverpool are lining up a €70 million bid for Kounde, which should be sufficient for Barcelona to accept a deal. This price is the total value of the transfer and will include bonus payments for a player who has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €56m.
On top of this, Liverpool are ready to “practically double the defender’s salary”.
Kounde, meanwhile, was ready to leave Barcelona due to his unhappiness at having to alternate between right- and centre-back. That was, however, before Hansi Flick’s summer arrival.

Kounde is 'unbelievable', says Barca boss
Flick is a huge fan of the player and it would doubtless hurt the German to see him depart.
Speaking in September, the former Bayern Munich boss said: “You say to him that he should rest. It's unbelievable. I never had this before because, after the match, he wants to train. I said, 'okay, come on, today only treatment' - 'No, I want to be on the pitch!'
"It's unbelievable. He's an absolute professional about his body, about everything, and also it's good to see that he wants to improve. Every training, he tries to do his best. It's fantastic. It's not normal, this attitude, but it's good."
Kounde is under contract with Barcelona until 2027, having arrived from Sevilla in 2022 for €50m, when they beat Chelsea to his signature.
Meanwhile, another deal with the Andalucian side could be done, with Loic Bade being lined up as Kounde's replacement.
