Man Utd's Ten Hag sack plan CONFIRMED
Ruud van Nistelrooy will be named as the interim Manchester United manager if Erik ten Hag is sacked, according to reports.
The Red Devils are winless in four games under the current coach, having drawn 3-3 to Porto in their Europa League game on Thursday night.
United sit 13th in the Premier League table after six games, their latest being a 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace.

Now a report has confirmed FootballTransfers' exclusive that Van Nistelrooy is next in line if Ten Hag is relieved from his managerial duties.
CentreDevils have reported: "Should United lose against Aston Villa, the board have selected an interim manager to take Ten Hag’s place going into the international break.
"United plan on making Ruud van Nistelrooy their interim manager until they find a long-term candidate, CentreDevils has been informed by an insider. Ruud is held in high regard by United’s ownership and players alike, and has won the dressing room in his three months at the club."
Tuchel for United job
Meanwhile, the I Paper have reported that the club will look to resume their talks with former Chelsea and Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel. They say that the "German manager has supporters in the hierarchy and is considered a world-leading coach."

Tuchel was most recently at Bayern, leaving his post at the end of last season. He and Gareth Southgate are considered among the biggest options among the Ineos.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe, in particular, is a fan of Southgate and the work he did with England, most recently leading them to another final of a major tournament.
Southgate has a good relationship with United's sporting director Dan Ashworth, too, as well as Sir Dave Brailsford. He is another senior member of Ineos who will help with the final decision of which coach to replace Ten Hag with, if they do end up going down that road.
