Chelsea star reaches 'TOTAL AGREEMENT' for January transfer
Borussia Dortmund have reportedly reached a “total verbal agreement” with Chelsea defender Renato Veiga.
The Portugal international moved to Stamford Bridge from FC Basel for €14 million in July, but he has been heavily linked with a January exit amid interest from a number of clubs in Europe.
Bournemouth, Juventus, Napoli, Stuttgart and Wolverhampton Wanderers are all eager to sign Veiga this month, with the latter reportedly seeing an opening offer rejected by Chelsea last week.

However, Dortmund have now joined the race for Veiga and they have reached a verbal agreement with the 21-year-old, according to Sky Germany.
The Bundesliga giants are hoping to sign Veiga on a loan deal with an option to buy and they are now pushing to finalise an agreement with Chelsea before the January transfer window slams shut.

Renato Veiga to join Borussia Dortmund?
Dortmund signed Ian Maatsen on loan from Chelsea in January 2024, while Christian Pulisic and Michy Batshuayi have also moved between the two clubs over the past decade.
Veiga still has six-and-a-half years remaining on his current Chelsea contract, but he is behind Marc Cucurella in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge and he is reportedly open to joining Borussia Dortmund this month.
The Portugal defender has made 17 appearances across all competitions for Chelsea so far this season, but he has only started one Premier League match.
In addition to Veiga, Ben Chilwell, Carney Chukwuemeka, Cesare Casadei, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Axel Disasi and Christopher Nkunku could all leave Chelsea in January.
Meanwhile, the Blues have been linked with signing the likes of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Marc Guehi as Enzo Maresca looks to bolster his first-team squad following a dip in form over the festive period.
