Omar Marmoush to Man City

Manchester City are hoping to finalise a deal for Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush this week.

Pep Guardiola’s side have already reached an agreement on personal terms with the Egypt international and they are currently in talks with Frankfurt over the potential transfer fee.

Man City are hoping to pay a maximum of €60m for the 25-year-old, while the Bundesliga side are currently holding out for €80m. There is, however, an expectation that the transfer will go through before the January window shuts.

Marmoush has registered 19 goals and 12 assists in 25 appearances across all competitions so far this season.

Abdukodir Khusanov to Man City

In addition to Marmoush, Man City are also close to confirming the signing of RC Lens defender Abdukodir Khusanov.

The reigning Premier League champions have agreed a €40m fee with Lens and Khusanov is set to sign a four-and-a-half year contract at the Etihad Stadium.

The Uzbekistan international joined Lens from Energetik-BGU for a mere €100,000 in 2023 and he has only made 31 appearances for the club to date.

Man City are also locked in talks with Palmeiras over a move for Vitor Reis as they pursue a move for the Brazilian centre-back.

Donyell Malen to Aston Villa

Donyell Malen is on the verge of joining Aston Villa after Unai Emery’s side reached a full agreement with Borussia Dortmund.

The Netherlands international is close to moving to Villa Park for an initial fee of €23m, with a further €3m in add-ons, as per multiple reports.

The deal is expected to be formally announced by Villa once Malen has completed his medical at the club.

The 25-year-old has been touted as a possible replacement for Jhon Duran, with the Colombian heavily linked with both Paris Saint-Germain and West Ham United.

Stefanos Tzimas to Liverpool

Liverpool are set to sign Greek wonderkid Stefanos Tzimas for a fee just shy of €30m, according to Anfield Watch.

The PAOK forward is currently on loan at 1.FC Nurnberg, but his time in Germany is reportedly expected to come to a premature end, with Liverpool looking to finalise a deal amid competition from the likes of Chelsea and Newcastle United.

Meanwhile, Darwin Nunez could be set to leave Liverpool amid significant interest from Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Hilal.

Renato Veiga to Borussia Dortmund

Chelsea defender Renato Veiga has verbally agreed to join Borussia Dortmund this month as he looks to leave Stamford Bridge after just six months.

Veiga has only started one Premier League game since his move to Chelsea and he is now looking to join Dortmund as he wishes to play regular football in his favoured position of centre-back.

Chelsea are currently only willing to offload Veiga on a permanent deal, with their asking price set at €30m. Dortmund, on the other hand, want to arrange an initial loan with an option to buy, which could prove to be a stumbling block.

However, Veiga wants to join Dortmund and the Bundesliga side will have money to spend after Malen’s move to Aston Villa is confirmed.
