Man Utd eye double swoop for ex-Chelsea target and 'next Bruno Fernandes'
Manchester United have been scouting Porto youngsters Samu Aghehowa and Rodrigo Mora, according to a report.
The Red Devils are in need of a major transfer revolution under new head coach Ruben Amorim, with the current squad evidently not fit for purpose. Man Utd have lost four on the bounce and languish in 14th in the Premier League.
The problem the INEOS-backed club face this month is that Profit and Sustainability Rules prevent them from spending unless they manage to raise significant funds from sales, with as many as five players earmarked to depart.

Nevertheless, Man Utd are drawing up a list of potential targets for this year and one track has led them back to Amorim's native Portugal. While there have been persistent rumours that they could raid the boss' former club Sporting CP, they could actually move for two Porto players instead.
Earlier this week, Portuguese media reported that Man Utd scouts had been in attendance at the Estadio do Dragao, though it wasn't yet clear which players they were keeping an eye on.

Now, CaughtOffside reports that the stars in question are Samu Aghehowa (formerly Omorodion) and Rodrigo Mora, a teenager likened to Red Devils captain Bruno Fernandes.
Aghehowa has been nothing short of sensational for Porto since joining from Atletico Madrid after a move to Chelsea fell through. The towering 20-year-old has scored a whopping 18 goals in 21 appearances this season.

Mora, meanwhile, is a 17-year-old wonderkid, who is beginning to make a name for himself at his boyhood club. The baby-faced attacking midfielder has notched three goals and three assists in just 220 minutes of league football this season.
Aghehowa boasts a €100 million release clause, while Mora is thought to have a variable clause between €45m and €80m. The youngster is set to be handed a bumper new deal - and an improved termination clause - when he turns 18 in May.
