Chelsea to submit SHOCK swap deal bid

Chelsea will offer David Datro Fofana, Aaron Anselmino and €30 million to sign Sevilla defender Loic Bade this summer, according to a shock report.
Bade, 24, has emerged as a potential transfer target for the Blues amid their search for a new centre-back, although he is considered to be behind Dean Huijsen and Marc Guehi on the wish-list.
However, Spanish publication El Nacional claim that Chelsea “will offer” Fofana, Anselmino and €30m, with the proposal already prepared by the west London giants.

Fofana has only made four first-team appearances for the Stamford Bridge outfit since his arrival in January 2023 and he spent the opening six months of the new campaign on loan at Goztepe.
Anselmino, on the other hand, joined the club from Boca Juniors last summer, but he was immediately sent back on loan to Argentine giants before returning in January.
He is seen as a future prospect by the hierarchy in west London, however El Nacional claim that Chelsea are already willing to offload him this summer as they look to win the race for Bade’s signature.

The Frenchman has also been linked with a move to Aston Villa in recent months and Unai Emery’s side are expected to rekindle their interest this summer when Axel Disasi’s loan spell comes to an end.
Bade has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of just €25.7m, yet Chelsea are reportedly willing to offer a fee of €30m, plus Fofana and Anselmino.

Chelsea’s summer transfer plans
In addition to Bade, Chelsea are also expected to pursue a winger and a centre forward this summer, while they are set to reassess their goalkeeper situation.
Filip Jorgensen has replaced Robert Sanchez in between the sticks over the past few weeks, but the summer signing has looked shaky and FootballTransfers understands that Southampton shot-stopper Aaron Ramsdale is being monitored by the Blues’ hierarchy.
