Arsenal pursue FOUR superstars after 'impressive scouting checks'

Arsenal have reportedly been left “particularly impressed” by Viktor Gyokeres, Victor Osimhen, Jonathan David and Hugo Ekitike following recent scouting checks.
The Gunners are expected to sign a new centre forward during the upcoming summer transfer window, following Kai Havertz’s failure to establish himself as a prolific goalscorer since his arrival from Chelsea, and a number of stars across Europe have emerged as candidates to join the Gunners.

In fact, Ollie Watkins, Dusan Vlahovic, Moise Kean, Mateo Retegui, Samu Aghehowa, Victor Boniface, Gyokeres, Osimhen, David and Ekitike are all on Arsenal’s shortlist of striker targets, according to TBR Football.
The publication have also stated that scouting reports on Gyokeres, Osimhen, David and Ekitike were “particularly impressive.”
All four players are expected to secure permanent transfers this summer, although Arsenal will face significant competition for each of them amid interest from a multitude of clubs across Europe.
FootballTransfers understands that RB Leipzig forward Benjamin Sesko is also a key target for Mikel Arteta’s side, while we have been informed that Arsenal could rekindle their interest in the aforementioned Watkins after failing with a late bid for the Aston Villa striker during the January transfer window.

Arsenal to sign a new striker
Arsenal’s interest in Gyokeres, Osimhen, David and Ekitike follows the recent appointment of Andrea Berta as their new sporting director.
The Italian spent 12 successful years with Atletico Madrid before his departure in January and he will lead the Gunners’ transfer strategy over the coming months as they look to sign several reinforcements ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.
In addition to bringing a new centre forward to the club, Berta will also be responsible for finalising Arsenal’s proposed move for Martin Zubimendi, and he will hope to finalise agreements for long-term targets Joan Garcia, Sverre Nypan and Nico Williams.
