Chelsea handed DREAM Rafael Leao update

AC Milan are reportedly eager to purchase Chelsea winger Noni Madueke this summer as they look to sign a replacement for Rafael Leao.
Leao has been heavily linked with a San Siro departure ahead of the 2025 summer transfer window, amid reported interest from Chelsea, and Milan are now scouring Europe for an adequate successor.

In fact, the Serie A giants have identified Madueke as a “perfect fit” for Sergio Conceicao’s system and they are confident of negotiating a fee of €40 million for the England international, according to Fichajes.
Chelsea are reportedly under no pressure to sell Madueke, but the 23-year-old was tipped to join Newcastle United last summer and the imminent arrival of Estevao Willian could impact his potential game time next season.
As a result, Milan are hopeful of reaching an agreement for his signature, and the signing of Madueke could allow Christian Pulisic to be deployed in his favoured left flank position.
Despite their interest in Madueke, Milan are extremely unlikely to sign Chelsea attacker Joao Felix on a permanent deal once his loan spell at the club expires at the end of the season. The Portugal international has failed to hit the ground running at San Siro and he is expected to return to west London this summer, despite his desire to remain with the Italian giants.

Rafael Leao to join Chelsea?
Chelsea have a long-standing interest in Leao and they are actively searching to bring a new right-footed winger to the club this summer.
Mykhailo Mudryk is currently suspended after returning a positive doping test in late 2024, and Chelsea are expected to prioritise the addition of a right-footed winger, having already agreed a deal to sign Sporting CP wonderkid Geovany Quenda next summer.
Leao is one of the club’s key targets for this position, with Nico Williams and Jamie Gittens also on Clearlake Capital’s radar, and with Madueke wanted by Milan, a swap deal could potentially be on the cards.
Leao has scored 10 goals and provided nine assists in 40 appearances across all competitions so far this season, while his Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) currently stands at €74.3m - the highest of his career.
