Chelsea are in the midst of a hectic ending to the January transfer window, with the club agreeing three deals for talented young players overnight.

The Blues are still planning to potentially make a splash before the February 3 deadline with the arrival of Alejandro Garnacho from Man Utd, but while this deal remains very much in doubt, there have been much more concrete developments on different fronts in recent hours.

In terms of outgoings, Chelsea have at last reached a full agreement with Torino over Cesare Casadei. The midfielder had been linked with a return to Serie A all window, but despite plenty of offers, it was left very late to strike an accord.

After heavy links with Lazio, Casadei will instead suit up for Torino going forward, with the Italian side paying a €15 million transfer fee for the 22-year-old. Chelsea will retain a 25 per cent sell-on clause, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Perhaps more interesting to Blues fans is what is happening on the incoming front, however.

Chelsea sign Denner; Strasbourg get Barco

The signing of Corinthians wonderkid Denner is being wrapped up, according to journalist Uriel Iugt, with Chelsea reaching an agreement on personal terms with the 16-year-old on Friday.

The left-back will join up with the Blues after he turns 18 in February 2026 and Corinthians' president Augusto Melo already confirmed on Thursday that the deal is all but done and can rise to €15m if all bonuses are achieved.

Chelsea, or rather their owners BlueCo, have also signed another young left-back, although one already further along in his development. Romano reports that Brighton youngster Valentin Barco is set to join Strasbourg in a €10m deal imminently.

The Argentine was one of the world's most sought-after commodities last year but failed to establish himself at Brighton after his move from Boca Juniors and is now making a quick exit after a disappointing loan spell at Sevilla.

If he can fulfil his evident potential at Strasbourg in Ligue 1, there is every chance that he will suit up for Chelsea before long.
