Chelsea or Liverpool? Kerkez meeting to 'grease the wheels' for transfer

Milos Kerkez is set to meet his representatives to try and 'grease the wheels' for a summer transfer, according to a report.
The Bournemouth left-back is one of the Premier League's most in-demand commodities heading into the summer transfer window. Kerkez has been a revelation for the Cherries since joining in 2023 and he is ready to take the next step in his career.
The Hungary international is being courted by Europe's elite and there is a feeling that it will be hugely difficult for Bournemouth to keep hold of him. Andoni Iraola and company are keen to prevent a mass exodus after this hugely successful season, but Kerkez is expected to leave.

Man Utd have dropped out of the race to sign the 21-year-old after snapping up Patrick Dorgu in January, but Chelsea, Liverpool and Real Madrid retain an interest.
Liverpool, in particular, have been frequently linked with Kerkez in recent weeks as Andy Robertson has struggled to recapture the exceptional form he showed in his prime.

Kerkez gearing up for summer transfer
TEAMtalk now reports that Kerkez is set to meet with his agents to discuss his next step and to 'grease the wheels' for a transfer this summer.
The meeting will take place this week. Kerkez will assess his summer options and while he may not yet arrive at a final decision, his future could become a little clearer.

Transfer insider David Ornstein recently confirmed that the Hungarian is a 'strong option' for Liverpool, although he acknowledged that Kerkez will be very pricey.
Liverpool have been hugely impressed with Kerkez's development this season. Arne Slot already came across the youngster during his time in the Eredivisie, but few could have predicted him to make such huge strides so soon when he was still playing for AZ.
