Bukayo Saka 'agrees' new Arsenal contract

Bukayo Saka has reportedly reached an agreement to sign a new long-term contract at Arsenal.
The England international has just two years remaining on his current deal at the Emirates Stadium, but he has now agreed to extend his stay with Mikel Arteta’s side.

That is according to transfer insider Sam Cohen, who posted on X: “BREAKING: Understand Bukayo Saka has now agreed his new contract with Arsenal. All that's left now is official paperwork and announcement. Bukayo Saka STAYS!”
Saka has been expected to sign a new contract at Arsenal for several months and reports indicate that he could be set to become the highest-earner at the club as a reward for his immense form over the past few years.
The 23-year-old has established himself as one of the world’s best wingers since the appointment of Mikel Arteta and he has racked up 24 goal contributions in just 31 appearances so far this season, averaging a goal or an assist every 90 minutes.
The length of Saka’s new deal has not been disclosed, although it’s likely the Gunners will ensure he pens a long-term deal in order to secure his future.

Bukayo Saka to stay at Arsenal amid Real Madrid interest
News of Saka’s imminent new contract will be received extremely poorly in Spain as Real Madrid have recently been tipped to pursue a sensational deal for the Englishman if Vinicius Junior departs this summer.
Saka caught the eye during Arsenal’s 5-1 aggregate win over Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-finals and Los Blancos are reportedly interested in bringing him to the Santiago Bernabeu.
However, the England star has now ended transfer speculation and is set to sign fresh terms at Arsenal.
Saka currently has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €113m million and that figure is likely to rise when his new contract is officially announced.
