The 28-year-old is widely expected to leave the Allianz Arena when the 2024-25 campaign draws to a close and Arsenal are set to compete with Tottenham Hotspur for his signature.

Mikel Arteta’s side were heavily linked with a move for Coman last year, amid their pursuit of a new winger, but they ultimately decided against seriously pursuing a deal due to Bayern’s asking price of €70 million.

However, TEAMtalk have revealed that Coman’s price tag has now been reduced to €35m as Bayern look to offload him this summer.

The France international has just over two years remaining on his current contract at the Allianz Arena and Bayern are reportedly open to a sale as they look to raise funds in order to bolster the squad at Vincent Kompany’s disposal.

Kingsley Coman to join Arsenal?

Arsenal are eager to sign at least one new winger this summer and the arrival of Coman could potentially ease Bukayo Saka’s intense workload.

The England international is an indispensable player at the Emirates Stadium, but Coman could act as a capable deputy if Arsenal decide to match Bayern’s €35m valuation this summer.

The 28-year-old would also provide competition for Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli on the left flank, although the former has been linked with a summer exit and the latter reportedly has suitors in Saudi Arabia.

Coman is also wanted by clubs in the Saudi Pro League, as per TEAMtalk, while Tottenham have named him as a potential alternative to Southampton wonderkid Tyler Dibling - who is expected to secure a big-money move this year.

In addition to Coman, Arsenal are also eager to finalise an agreement to sign Athletic Club winger Nico Williams after failing to purchase the Spaniard last summer.
