Chelsea in DANGER as Bayern Munich pursue 'world class' star

Bayern Munich are reportedly “seriously” interested in signing Chelsea midfielder Andrey Santos amid concerns over his long-term future at Stamford Bridge.
The 20-year-old has spent the past 15 months on loan at Strasbourg and he has developed into one of Europe’s most exciting young midfielders during his time in Ligue 1, with team-mate Diego Moreira recently dubbing him “the best player in the world.”

Strasbourg manager Liam Rosenior also believes Santos has been “world class” so far this season, and the Brazilian is expected to be included in Chelsea’s squad for the 2025 Club World Cup as a reward for his form in France.
Santos has been tipped to play a key role in Chelsea’s first-team next season, although his situation with the west London giants is being monitored by a plethora of clubs across world football.
AS Monaco, Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain have all been linked with a move for Santos in recent weeks, and Bayern Munich are the latest club to register their interest in his services.
That is according to The Daily Mail, who claim that Vincent Kompany’s side “seriously appreciate” the 20-year-old, while AC Milan are also reportedly interested in signing Santos this summer.

What has Enzo Maresca said about Andrey Santos?
Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca is set to give Santos a chance to impress him during the upcoming Club World Cup, although the Italian has admitted that no decision has been made on his long-term future at Stamford Bridge.
“Now, we know that Andrey is doing well,” Maresca recently revealed when asked whether Santos will return to Chelsea this summer.
“But in this moment, we are just focused about how we finish this season. And then when we finish this season, we're going to start to think about next season.”
Santos has scored 10 goals in 30 appearances for Strasbourg so far this season, while his current contract at Chelsea isn’t due to expire until 2030.
