Giuntoli, who is under pressure after his appointment of Motta and the signing of several big-money flops, will have to raise funds this summer before he can provide new coach Igor Tudor with the players he wants.

That said, it is not set in stone yet that Tudor will even be the coach beyond this season. He is viewed as a stopgap solution, although his contract will be extended if he manages to qualify for the Champions League.

One of the most likely candidates to be sold in the upcoming window is Andrea Cambiaso, who was heavily courted by Man City in January. Since then, Liverpool have been added to his list of suitors, and he is certainly one of Juventus' most valuable assets.

Juventus interested in Leif Davis

FootballTransfers can now reveal that Juventus are preparing for the potential departure of the versatile Italy international by identifying full-back targets. One of the names that has caught the attention of the Serie A giants is Leif Davis at Ipswich Town.

Davis was easily the Championship's most productive left-back during Ipswich's promotion season, racking up a stunning 21 assists for the Tractor Boys last term.

He has been unable to replicate this form this season as the step up to the Premier League has proved too great for him and his teammates. So far, the 25-year-old has recorded just one goal and three assists in 29 top-flight outings.

Nevertheless, his profile appeals to Juventus, although at this stage, he is just one of the names under consideration for the summer. There is no guarantee that they will pursue a move for him as they would ideally like to keep Cambiaso.
