Who are the highest-paid managers in the Premier League?

The Premier League is the wealthiest league in Europe and it is perhaps no surprise to see that reflected in the salaries of the managers.
While players are expected to be paid hundreds and, nowadays, even millions of pounds per week, manager salaries have steadily been increasing and we now see some of the top coaches in the world compensated like a star striker.

Although La Liga and the rising Saudi Pro League still offer some of the biggest salaries in the world, the Premier League continues to lead the way with its prestige and riches on offer to players and coaches alike.
With Manchester City having won six of the last seven titles, it will surprise no-one to see Pep Guardiola topping the salary list of the Premier League’s coaches.
And, having pushed Guardiola to their limits in recent seasons, Mikel Arteta was handed a new contract in 2024 that made him the second-highest paid manager in the league.
However, the third-highest paid manager in the Premier League may be surprising to many, with David Moyes reported to be on a major salary after returning to Everton in 2025.

Who are the highest-paid managers in the Premier League?
Unai Emery is fourth on the list, with the Spanish coach renewing his deal in 2024 after leading Aston Villa to Champions League qualification.
Ruben Amorim’s appointment as Manchester United manager in late 2024 puts him fifth in the standings.
Despite an incredible first season with Liverpool in which they led the league for virtually the entire campaign, Arne Slot is only the sixth highest-paid manager in the division.
Ange Postecoglou, Graham Potter, Thomas Frank and Oliver Glasner wrap up the remainder of the top ten.
