Garnacho was being courted by Chelsea and Napoli in January, and it is thought that Man Utd will listen to offers for him again in the summer. The Red Devils need to raise funds and the 20-year-old is one of their most valuable assets.

Born in Madrid, Garnacho has often been linked with a move back to the country of his birth, while the interest from Chelsea will surely remain as well. As for Napoli, they were reportedly left unhappy with the antics of his agent and have decided against returning for him this summer.

His decision to put his house up for sale has added fuel to the fire and sparked a new frenzy of transfer rumours, but it seems that it is all much ado about nothing.

Garnacho simply looking for a new house

According to Man Utd journalist Sam C, Garnacho is quite simply looking to move into a smaller house in the Manchester area. He reports that the winger acquired his current home when his family still permanently lived with him in England.

However, his family has now returned to Spain, so there is no longer a need for Garnacho and his partner, Eva Garcia, to live in such a spacious residence.

The two live together with their son Enzo, who was born in October 2023, and feel that a smaller home better suits their current needs. The relocation is not in any way connected to a potential summer transfer, according to the journalist.

Garnacho is still under contract at Man Utd until 2028 and remains committed to the club despite the ongoing speculation surrounding his future.
