Who is Victor Musa?

Prior to his breakout performance against Leeds, Musa had scored five goals in 13 U18 Premier League appearances. The 18-year-old clearly has a knack for scoring in big games as he netted twice against Liverpool in early February.

Musa was born in the Spanish town of Tudela to Nigerian parents in 2006. In 2017, he and his mother followed his father to England, which has enabled the youngster to suit up for the Three Lions.

Musa previously featured both for Spain's and England's U16s, although he hasn't represented any country since growing out of the U16 age group. All told, Musa has scored 23 goals in 57 appearances for Man Utd's U18s. He has also made seven appearances for the U21s, scoring once.

The onus will be on Musa to carry his form from the Leeds game over into the final stages of the campaign as starting U18s striker Chido Obi has featured mostly for Ruben Amorim's senior side in recent weeks. Obi netted a whopping 12 goals in 10 U18 appearances.
