Rayan Cherki has the potential to be one of the transfer bargains of the summer, with both Manchester United and Manchester City following the Lyon playmaker.
Cherki has been in electric form with OL in the second half of the season and notably scored twice for the Ligue 1 side as they were eliminated from the Europa League by the Red Devils in dramatic fashion last week.

With Lyon in financial strife and the contract of the 21-year-old set to expire in little over a year, everything appeared to be primed to allow the youngster to depart for a rock-bottom price.
But this may no longer be the price following a €15 million transfer agreement with Lyon.
The French side have struck a deal that will see Said Benhrama, formerly of West Ham United, leave the club to join Saudi Pro League outfit Neom – a club heavily linked with signing Man City’s Kevin De Bruyne as a free agent in the summer.
Benrahma was already at the Saudi club on loan, with a purchase obligation kicking in should they be promoted. This was guaranteed on Tuesday, which means that the Algeria international will complete his transfer to the club. Neom will pay €12m upfront and €3m more in bonuses that are said to be easily achievable, FootMercato reports.
What does this mean for Cherki?
Cherki will be sold in the summer, but the big question surrounds how much Lyon can get for their most marketable asset.
It’s unclear just how steady the Ligue 1 side’s footing is, with the French League threatening them with relegation at the end of the season if their finances are not tidied up appropriately.
A €15m sale does give them more space for manoeuvre, particularly if they can qualify for the Champions League next season.
Cherki has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €37.5m but it looks likely he will be sold for below that price, making him particularly attractive to Man Utd and City.
