Juventus are confident that they will be able to keep Kenan Yildiz and Andrea Cambiaso after a fresh injection of cash from their owners, according to Italian media.

The Bianconeri have been a real mess this season. Despite backing Thiago Motta heavily in the market last year, recruitment chief Cristiano Giuntoli sacked him last month, which means that they are in for another rebuild this summer.

Igor Tudor is currently in charge of the side and could stay beyond the season if he gets Juventus into the Champions League. As for Giuntoli, he is under pressure and needs to get the upcoming window right.

Due to their lavish spending last year, it had been thought that Juventus would have to make some potentially painful sacrifices this summer, with the likes of Kenan Yildiz and Andrea Cambiaso among the players attracting attention.

However, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, this may no longer be the case thanks to Juventus' wealthy backers, the Agnelli family.

Juventus receive major cash injection

The Italian outlet reported late last month that Exor, the Agnelli family's holding company, had pumped an initial €15 million into the club to help balance the books. However, should the need arise, the investment could yet increase up to a whopping €110m.

The publication now states that this has made Juventus confident of keeping their prized possessions this summer, chief among them Yildiz and Cambiaso. The former has been linked with Chelsea and Man Utd, the latter with Liverpool and Man City.

The arrival of Tudor in the dugout has given Yildiz a new lease on life after a tense relationship with Motta, and the Turkish wonderkid is no longer considering a summer exit.

Cambiaso, too, has made it clear that he is quite open to remaining in Turin long-term. That doesn't rule out that Juventus will consider lucrative offers this summer, but it puts them in a much better position to reject them if they don't suit the club.

The fresh investment could also aid Juventus in their well-documented pursuit of Victor Osimhen, who will be incredibly expensive this summer, especially for Juventus as his €75 million release clause is not valid for Italian clubs.
