However, Osimhen is set to leave Galatasaray at the end of the 2024-25 campaign and he has been widely tipped to secure a Premier League move or a lucrative contract in Saudi Arabia.

FootballTransfers understands that Osimhen is open to joining Chelsea this summer, after failing to finalise an agreement with the Blues in 2024, while Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United have also been linked with a high-profile deal.

Several clubs in the Saudi Pro League are interested in Osimhen too, and they may hold a crucial financial advantage due to the Nigerian’s wage demands.

Despite this, Galatasaray are set to challenge for Osimhen’s signature and they are prepared to pay a small fortune to land him on a permanent deal, according to AS.

The Spanish publication state that Galatasaray are willing to submit a €70m bid to Napoli, while they will offer Osimhen a three-year contract worth €15m per annum.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia are reportedly open to paying Osimhen a yearly salary of €30m, but it remains to be seen if he will accept a move to the Middle East.

Despite interest from Galatasaray and Saudi Arabia, Nigeria captain William Troost-Ekong believes that Osimhen is destined to move to the Premier League this summer.

“I know he’s a Chelsea fan, but I also know he’s had talks with all the top teams. It’s up to him what he chooses. He will fit into every team,” Troost-Ekong told talkSPORT.

“I know Liverpool have spoken about getting a new striker next season. We will see.

“I’m also reading, like everyone else is, that he has a clause this summer. When he went to Galatasaray I think it worked out amazingly for him.

“I couldn’t see him playing there for another season, or anywhere else but the Premier League next season.”
