Chelsea quoted BARGAIN price for world class left back

Chelsea can sign AC Milan left back Theo Hernandez for just €30 million this summer.
According to Fichajes, Chelsea, Man City and Tottenham are in a three-horse race for Theo, who is considered one of Europe's most talented players in his position.

TBR Football and other outlets have reported that Milan have made Theo available for transfer for just €30m.
This represents something of a bargain that Chelsea are now strongly considering.

Theo to leave Milan
Milan are almost certain to sell Theo this summer after a miserable season for both player and club.
The Rossoneri already wanted to sell Theo in January and accepted a shock €47m bid from Como but the France star rejected the move.
They will now accept a much smaller bid this summer, as his contract has just one year to run.
Contract talks have completely broken down and Milan don't seem willing to reignite them.

The Frenchman has had a difficult season with the Rossoneri, struggling on the pitch and also enduring a number of off-field issues.
He did not have the best relationship with former manager Paulo Fonseca, while he has also been booed and insulted by fans.
Things reached a new low in February when Theo was widely blamed for Milan's exit from the Champions League.
Leading 1-0 in the second leg at home of their playoff tie against Feyenoord and dominating, Theo got himself sent off with a second yellow card for simulation. Feyenoord went on to equalise and go through 2-1 on aggregate.
After the game, the Italian media were in agreement that Milan had decided to transfer list Theo and sell him at the end of the season.
Theo has been criticised for a lack of professionalism and motivation, with even his choice to dye his hair pink seen by some as a lack of seriousness.
He did send a reminder of his qualities on Saturday, though, with a brilliant goal in Milan's 4-0 win over Udinese.
Chelsea, City and Tottenham are all in the market for left backs this summer.
Theo Hernandez at AC Milan
Theo was signed by AC Milan in the summer of 2019 from Real Madrid for a sum of €20m, with the legendary Paolo Maldini - then a director at Milan - the man who masterminded the deal.
At Milan he has developed into one of the best left backs in Europe, making over 250 appearances and scoring 34 goals.
He played a key role in Milan winning the Scudetto in 2022 and has become famous for his trademark slaloming runs down the left flank.
He has been named in the Serie A Team of the Season on four occasions.
Theo has also won 37 caps for France, scoring two goals. One of these was in the semi final of the 2022 World Cup against Morocco.
