PSG star challenged by Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo's competitive streak goes beyond the football pitch.
The Portuguese legend has been plying his trade in Saudi Arabia since late last year, enjoying something of a mixed bag of a season thus far.
Though still racking up personal records, having scored 13 goals in 14 Saudi Pro League outings for Al-Nassr, the team performances haven't always been on the same level, leading to some embarrassing results.
In light of Ronaldo's move to the Middle East, the Saudi government has started a concerted effort of luring more stars to the country, and the biggest one is undoubtedly Lionel Messi, who has been offered a ridiculous €400 million-per-year deal to play for Ronaldo's Riyadh rivals Al-Hilal.

While the still-PSG star is deliberating his future, reports have surfaced of Cristiano Ronaldo challenging one of Messi's current teammates.
Vitinha's abs?
The player in question is Vitinha, who arrived at the Parc des Princes last summer following impressive outings at Porto in his native Portugal. The 23-year-old recently revealed that he took up one of his compatriot's challenges.
Speaking to Prime Video before PSG's 2-1 win over Auxerre, Vitinha recalled the time Ronaldo set himself the goal of generating as many abs as possible in a short period of time.
"Cristiano Ronaldo's challenge? I certainly don't have the same abs as Cristiano Ronaldo," Vitinha said, "any more now than then."

"I don't know," he continued, "if it was during Covid, but I think it was. I took the opportunity to do it too, and to give myself a little challenge. And I think I succeeded, so I was proud of that."
The 23-year-old central midfielder has made 46 appearances across all competitions for Paris Saint-Germain since his €41.5m move as well as playing nine games with Ronaldo at the international level.
