Emile Smith Rowe to Chelsea
Chelsea's failure to land Michael Olise has seen them alter their ambitions and they have now identified Arsenal's Smith Rowe and Barcelona duo Raphinha and Ferran Torres as potential signings before Friday's deadline.
Furthermore, The Times have now reported that Arsenal are willing to sanction a sale to their London rivals, with Smith Rowe out of favour at The Emirates Stadium.
Chelsea have made an approach for the England U21 star, but it remains to be seen if a deal will be agreed in time.

Altay Bayindir to Man Utd
Manchester United have made a trio of statement signings this summer, bringing in Mason Mount, Andre Onana and Rasmus Hojlund for more than €200 million – and their business doesn’t look set to end there.
Fenerbahce goalkeeper Altay Bayindir will be next in the door at Old Trafford after agreeing personal terms over a four-year deal to provide backup to Onana.
The Turkish shot-stopper is set to join for a fee of €7m after Fener moved for Dominik Livakovic to replace him, with United having already conducted a pre-medical check on Bayindir.
Furthermore, former Man Utd star and current Fenerbahce midfielder Fred has confirmed the move by saying: "I wished Altay good luck when he left. He is going to join a great team. Altay will be very happy at Manchester United."
Matheus Nunes to Man City
Manchester City have identified Matheus Nunes as their next transfer target after seeing a move for West Ham's Lucas Paqueta collapse and Crystal Palace's huge Eberechi Eze asking price.
Nunes only joined Wolves last summer for €45m but Pep Guardiola is keen to bring the 24-year-old to the Etihad, although City have seen an initial offer of €55m rejected.
Personal terms are already understood to have been agreed with Nunes and City are expected to return with another bid for the Portuguese international imminently.
Nunes has also now refused to train with Wolves as he attempts to force a transfer away.
Randal Kolo Muani to PSG
Following the €90m sale of Brazilian superstar Neymar to Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal, Paris Saint-Germain are now closing in on signing Randal Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Parisians have already added Goncalo Ramos, Ousmane Dembele and Marco Asensio to their forward line, but after three games, they are eighth in Ligue 1 and are now on the verge of signing Kolo Muani.
FootMercato have reported that an agreement has been reached with Frankfurt and the Frenchman is set to sign a five-year deal at the club.
Joao Cancelo to Barcelona
Barcelona have reached a final agreement to sign Joao Cancelo on loan from Manchester City, and the move has been given 'here we go' status by Fabrizio Romano.
The Portugal international will join the club on a one-year loan deal after Xavi pushed hard for his signature.
The deal is expected to be announced very shortly.
