‘We will see what happens’ – Mbappe reveals demands for signing PSG extension
Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe has reiterated that he’ll only be able to sign a new contract with the club if they build a “solid project” around him.
The French striker has had another tremendous season in Paris, scoring 42 goals and bagging further 11 assists in just 47 games in all competitions.
However, despite how much Mbappe seems to be enjoying his time at PSG, the striker’s future remains in doubt due to his contract situation.

Having joined the club from Monaco in 2018, Mbappe has enjoyed three seasons at the French giants but is now on the cusp of entering the final year of his contract.
And before the star striker can sign an extension to his deal, he has underlined a few demands that he would like to see put in place beforehand.
Mbappe: PSG know the commitment I have to the club
“What I want is to win, to feel that I am in a place where I can really win, that there is a solid project around me,” the PSG star said to Canal+ when asked about his future. “That’s the most important thing. The sporting project is paramount.
“We are talking with the club [about a possible contract extension] and we will see what happens. I’ve always been happy here and I’ve had four exceptional years so far.
“Everyone knows that I have a deep attachment to the club, including the president and the fans. I am very clear that I will do things in the right order. PSG know the commitment I have to the club, to this city and to this country.”
With Real Madrid, Barcelona and Liverpool reportedly keeping tabs on Mbappe’s contract situation in Paris, it remains to be seen whether the striker believes PSG can meet his demands or another club will have to step in to do exactly that next season.
