Man Utd legend 'welcomes' Rice to Old Trafford
Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has 'welcomed' West Ham's Declan Rice to the club.
The former defender gave his verdict on who his ex-team should sign in this summer's transfer window, with a central defender, centre midfielder and right winger the priorities.

And as for the midfield, Ferdinand thinks Rice would be a perfect addition to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team that finished second in the Premier League.
United spending spree?
United have been linked with Declan Rice, Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho and Real Madrid's Raphael Varane in the key areas, with Atletico Madrid's Kieran Trippier another target on the shortlist.
And it is thought that the Glazers could be about to spend big in the window, in an attempt to win over the fans that were particularly outraged by the club's plans to join the European Super League.

In a Q&A with supporters, Ferdinand tweeted 'welcome @_DeclanRice' in response to a question of who the club should sign for that position.
The tweet caused upset among the West Ham fanbase, with many complaining that the 42-year-old lacked class, given he himself played for the London club.
However, Hammers fans can feel confident in the club keeping their main man as the England international is under contract until 2024.
Elsewhere, Ferdinand also took questions on his preferred right-wing signing for the Red Devils, with Sancho expected to arrive after the European Championship.
''Yes... just driving to Manchester now to get it done! Come on @Sanchooo10,'' he added.
Both Rice and Sancho are on international duty with England, as the former helped the Three Lions to a 1-0 victory over Croatia on Sunday afternoon.
Sancho failed to make the squad for the first group match but will be hoping to have an impact later on in the tournament and convince his suitors to get a deal over the line.
