Maguire certain to leave Man Utd after Shaw snub
Harry Maguire looks almost certain to leave Manchester United this summer after the latest snub by Erik ten Hag.
It was reported this weekend that Maguire was already considering leaving Old Trafford at the end of the season due to his lack of football.
The Daily Mail reported that Maguire fears that he will lose his England place ahead of Euro 2024 if he does not play regularly next term.

He believes there will not be a repeat of World Cup 2022 where England manager Gareth Southgate started him despite him being dropped by United.
And the realization that Maguire needs to leave will have been underlined even more on Sunday after he was left on the bench for the home match with Aston Villa.
Despite an injury crisis that sees United missing their first-choice centre back pairing of Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane, Ten Hag still chose not to play Maguire.
Luke Shaw selected ahead of Maguire
Instead he selected left-back Luke Shaw in a left centre-back role alongside Victor Lindelof.
This was the final nail in the coffin of Maguire’s Man Utd career, the fact that he is now as low as fifth in the centre back pecking order.
Maguire has endured two miserable past seasons for Man Utd, ever since Euro 2020.
After an error-prone 2021-22 season, he finally lost his place in the first team during the current campaign as manager Ten Hag preferred Varane and Martinez.
And when Maguire has played he has often struggled, including two huge errors in the Europa League quarter-final defeat to Sevilla.
Maguire is still first-choice centre back for the England national team and performed impressively at both Euro 2020 and then at the 2022 World Cup in November and December of last year.
