Erik ten Hag is preparing to offload Jadon Sancho in the January transfer window, according to reports.

The head coach has had enough and will sell the winger even if he does apologise, as per the Sunday Mirror.

Manchester United now believe there is no way back for the former Borussia Dortmund star and will look to sell on Sancho next year.

Sancho, who was bought by the club for £73 million, has been frozen out of the side, having missed their last nine games.

He had accused Ten Hag of lying via social media after the coach claimed that his performances in training had been lacklustre.

Sancho had been banished from first-team dressing room until he received a formal apology - but now it’s thought that even an apology to the boss would not save his Old Trafford career.

Man Utd will now look to move on Sancho in the upcoming window - with the hope that they can receive as much of the initial fee that they paid for the player as possible.

The Red Devils are hoping to rekindle talks with clubs in the Saudi Pro League after a move broke down with Al-Ettifaq during the summer window - Man Utd had insisted that any loan deal included a £45million obligation to buy.‌

What clubs are interested in Jadon Sancho?

It’s been reported that ‌Dortmund and Juventus are both interested in taking Sancho away, but his £300,000 a week salary may prove a stumbling block.

Sancho, who still has three-and-a-half years left on his current deal, will be in no hurry to find a new club unless a significant chunk of his wages are met.

Man Utd secured all three points against Sheffield United on Saturday despite their performance not being up to scratch.

After Scott McTominay put them ahead and the Blades eqaulised from the penalty spot, Diogo Dalot’s fine effort from distance provided Man Utd with the win.
