All the negative records Man Utd broke in Crystal Palace humiliation
Manchester United and Erik ten Hag hit a new low on Monday evening as they were thrashed 4-0 by Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
This humiliation saw United and Ten Hag set a plethora of negative records, as detailed by the BBC.
With 13 defeats, this is the most losses United have ever suffered in a Premier League season since the competition was created in 1992.

Man Utd’s negative records
The 4-0 thrashing by Palace was United’s biggest defeat of the season.
United have now conceded an incredible 81 goals in all competitions this season. This is the most they have ever conceded in a campaign since 1976-77, which is 47 years ago. That season they also conceded 81, so United are likely to break that record with four games still left to play.
United currently have a negative goal difference of -3. They have never finished a Premier League season with a minus goal difference, and the last time they did it in a league season was 34 years ago in the 1989-90 Division One.
This was United’s third away defeat of the season in which they lost by a four-goal margin or higher. Only Nottingham Forest (five) have lost more Premier League away games by that size of scoreline.

Casemiro, playing in an unnatural centre back role on Monday, was singled out for criticism after a dreadful individual performance in which he was to blame for two goals.
The Brazilian was dribbled past eight time in the match. This is the most times any player has been dribbled past in a Premier League game this season.
Man Utd are currently in eighth position, which would be their lowest ever Premier League finish.
They have no chance of qualifying for the Champions League and even qualification for the Europa League or Conference League is now looking unlikely.
