Man Utd add two more players to make six 'untouchables' - but Fernandes still isn't one
Manchester United have affirmed which players will not be leaving the club in the summer transfer window - but Bruno Fernandes’ future remains in the balance.
Erik ten Hag will continue as the head coach and now the Dutchman can start to get to business on the recruitment front.
With the window now open, there are set to be a lot of incomings and outcomings at Old Trafford.
Man Utd finished last season in eighth place, their worst-ever Premier League finish, so this summer is set to be pivotal for the club.

The club’s technical director, Jason Wilcox, will be heading recruitment this window, with Dan Ashworth, who is set to take up the role of sporting director, on gardening leave.
The Mirror report that the club listen to offers for most of the squad, with the likes of Andre Onana, Lisandro Martinez, Diogo Dalot, Alejandro Garnacho, Kobbie Mainoo and Rasmus Hojlund being considered untouchable.
Man Utd will listen to offers for Bruno Fernandes
But one man omitted from that list is Fernandes, who would be allowed to leave for the right price.
The Red Devils have made an asking price of £80 million for the 29-year-old, in a bid to give them freedom to spend more in the window.
The report goes on to state that the likelihood is that Fernandes will end up staying at Old Trafford and will eventually settle on a new deal.

At the moment, the club’s budget of around £40m to £50m can only be boosted by player sales. Any sale of players such as Marcus Rashford or Scott McTominay counts as pure profit in terms of the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules.
Veteran Casemiro is expected to leave for a club in the Saudi Pro League, and Antony will be sold if Man Utd receive an appropriate offer for him.
Meanwhile, Victor Lindelof, Christian Eriksen and Donny van de Beek are expected to go, as well as Jadon Sancho. Mason Greenwood, is also likely to leave on a permanent basis.
