Man Utd's first exit next summer revealed

There are ‘no doubts’ that Manchester United will see the exit of Christian Eriksen next summer, according to reports.
The veteran Dane will be the first to leave Old Trafford in the summer, with the club not prepared to offer him fresh terms.
Eriksen signed with United on a free transfer in the summer of 2022 after he spent time at Brentford in the six months prior.

Eriksen made 44 appearances in his first season but has fallen to the substitutes bench following the arrival of Kobbie Mainoo at the turn of the year, with the youngster taking up his deep-lying No.8 role.
The 32-year-old’s current contract expires in 2025 and Spanish outlet Fichajes have suggested that Eriksen will not sign a new one.

Their report stated that Eriksen - whose Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) is now just €6.7 million "is set to become Manchester United’s first confirmed departure at the end of the current season."
They stated that "Old Trafford's club already has in mind several young players who could fill his position more regularly and with greater long-term potential."
Eriksen made his return to the starting line-up in the 3-0 win away to Southampton. He also then scored a bracer in the 7-0 mauling of Barnsley in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night.

After the game, he squashed rumours that he had plans to move to Real Betis during the summer window.
He said per the Daily Mail: "I feel very good being at United. If they told me to leave I would leave, but I didn't hear that.
"I'm also a guy who likes being in a place where my family is settled and at the same time being in a place where I can benefit and play, that's always going to be my aim.
"It's difficult to ask the manager in the off-season how many minutes I'm going to get in a season. If he starts promising minutes to players we're going to have a long season.
"There was no speaking in that sense, just head down, work hard and focus on each game. There's one year left so my focus is going to be on this year, going full out and see what happens afterwards."
